Rugby Borough is the second largest of the five Warwickshire districts by area, with 78 per cent of its population of a working age in employment (compared to the national average of 74 per cent).
The Borough is ideally placed for logistics operations and has the DIRFT rail freight terminal on its doorstep. The clothing company GAP has its European headquarters at Central Park and many other companies including Volvo Parts (who service the country for bus and truck parts), Alba, Britvic, Sainsburys and Woolworths have also set up distribution and logistics plants in the Borough.

Employer satisfaction with Warwickshire as a business location has remained at a consistently high level for several years. A rating of good or excellent was given by 69% of Rugby’s working population. *
